Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her guidance and dedication to increasing South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) products and services all through an engagement using the company's senior professionals in a strategic scheduling session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the numerous social grant beneficiaries, who excelled within the 2024 matric final exams.
In the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing 81% with the registered pupils during the schooling sector.
These learners achieved a commendable pass rate of 86%.
